Custom-molded filtered earplugs built to protect your hearing during a full day of procedures — without cutting you off from the people around you. Unlike standard hearing protection, these use a filtered design that guards against the high-pitched sound of a Cavitron unit and dental drill noise, while still letting you hear and carry on a conversation without having to take them in and out.

Available in three filter levels — ER-9, ER-15, and ER-25 — with ER-15 the most popular choice. The ER number closely corresponds to the decibel reduction level, so you can match the filter to how much protection you need. Lab-molded from your own ear impression for a precise, comfortable fit, with a range of color and glitter options available.
